SMOOTHIE SLIDESHOW

Smoothie Slideshows are self-contained applications that contain a simple player program along with all the pictures in a presentation. They can be freely distributed and run on any color Macintosh.

Because Smoothie Slideshows are a single file, you never have to worry about not having the correct revision of a player application around to show your presentation. Also, since each picture is an anti-aliased bitmap, you never have to worry about how your presentation will look on another Macintosh - the fonts you use will always look right!

When you launch a Smoothie Slideshow, you will see a splash screen like the one below:

Notice that there is a message about who created it and when. You can have anything entered in this space when you create the slideshow.

To run the slideshow, just press RETURN. You can also go to a specific slide or change some options. Pressing the Options button beings up the following dialog:

This dialog lets you control your slideshow manually, or have it automatically advance to the next slide every N seconds. You can also select a screen for the slideshow if you have more than one monitor attached to your Macintosh.
